Brilliant downtempo/electronica 7 track ep from Shankles; “Influenced by the likes of Four Tet, Clark, Nostalgia 77, Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble and Alex B, the Gully Foil EP is a deep and twisted record, playing on beautiful melodies and bass-ridden breaks.” Really like the artwork too.

Arsonist, by Urban Shakedown, came out on part 3 of Labello Blanco Recordings‘ Jungle Massive vs The Hardsteppers series in 1995. It features the vocals of DBO General.
I remember hearing Zinc and Friction drop it at Exit Festival in 2007 and it sounded bigger and better than any of the other modern jump-up Drum and Bass they played that night (maybe with the exception of Konflict’s Messiah): mighty Jungle music.
