Rumour has it Two Times Elliot are just about to launch with a new site, if its any refection of the recent work the studio has been putting out we’re all in for a real treat. Above is a selection of recent projects they’ve shot in preparation for the new site. You can peep a bunch more on the Two Times Elliot Behance.

100 Frames

100 Frames is ‘The home of stupid 4 second animated films’. A collaborative project between Animator and Director – Fraser Davidson, Actor and Writer – Dan Jones and Producer – Matthew Harvey.

Applying the moniker – ’100 frames’, there are only a few simple rules to what the content on our site can be. Firstly, each creation must be no more than 100 frames of animation. Secondly, it must be funny. Thirdly and most importantly, it must be artistic and beautiful.

I’ve posted two of my favourites from their current “The A-Z of London” project. See more on their website.

A Kiss From Gabs & A T Shirt — Sloth A Kiss From Gabs & A T Shirt — Sloth

Finally, some new material from friend and super producer Sloth aka Sam Webster. Here’s the press blurb:

Dephect and Headcount Records have teamed up once again to bring the latest project from Sloth. You may remember him from such mid-noughties Hip-Hop offerings as Pneumatic & Sloth’s ‘Audibly Nice’ and Illustrate’s ‘Do What You Like’, as well as his remixes for Million Dan and Grandmaster Flash.

‘A Kiss From Gabs & A T-Shirt’ is an E.P of instrumental Hip-Hop, woven together in his own unique style. Brisk, humorous and above all DOPE, this is a proper chunk of Hip-Hop for proper heads.

Having taken a few years out of the scene to start a family, Sloth is back in business and with three more releases up his sleave you should be hearing more from this veteran producer very soon. Enjoy.

Free download and stream from Dephect here. Or grab it below. Make sure you check the Dephect Clothing site, Headcount Records Twitter and Facebook.

Dublin born Duane has recently received his Bachelor of Honors Degree in Visual Arts Practice (Fine Art) and is currently studying Visual Communication at IADT Dublin. I’ve been meaning to feature Duane’s work for a long while now, especially his Album Anatomy poster series. Duane’s synopsis on the project:

This project is an exploration in the art of reduction. It breaks down album imagery into its purist form by discarding any unnecessary information. This is achieved using a strict grid that displays the relevant album details, which leaves a central void to convey a response to the album. This void is filled by my personal response to an album. It can be influenced by a key track, the cover art or the overall flavour of the album.

Definitely one to watch, you can see more of Duane’s work here and follow him on Twitter and Instagram.

Michiel Schuurman is a Dutch graphic designer working in Amsterdam, here’s a collection of his work that really caught my eye.

Schuurman’s personal work specializes in typography and poster design which often boasts a rather maximalistic approach. His practice of combining bright colors, warped glyphs, harsh perspectives, and acidic patterns creates some awfully intriguing eye-candy, which he often screen prints himself.

100 IDs is a self-promo project by Silvio Teixeira. The 500x700mm poster features many versions of the designers coat of arms IDs and can be cut down to form 100 business cards (and flip book/video). Check out more of Silvio’s excellent work on his website. Via The Strange Attractor.

BTG028 — Ghost Mutt, Pedestrian, Greeen Linez + more. This Friday BTG028 — Ghost Mutt, Pedestrian, Greeen Linez + more. This Friday

Its that time again. Ghost Mutt is a boogie-monster. His stuff on Donky Pitch is serious and that doesn’t even scratch the surface of what the man can create. Pedestrian has released some really solid original material and remixes via Push & Run and 2nd Drop. His sound is reminiscent of Gold Panda, but silky. The Fat C will, no doubt, be dropping “it” like it is “hot”. Count Choc will be a fly fly on the wall.

We’ve now added Greeen Linez to the bill. This is their debut London show and who knows when it will happen again as one half of Greeen Linez, A Taut Line, is based in Tokyo.
